Originally from Western Australia, Heather graduated from Murdoch University in Perth with a Bachelor of Arts and a double major in Psychology, and Social and Political Theory.

Her career initially began in social policy and international development. Deciding she needed to keep herself busy, she then went on to complete a Masters in Social Science (International Development Studies).

Heather’s career then took a turn as she decided that she wanted to focus more on Psychology, and she completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Rehabilitation (Psychology).

Heather moved to Melbourne via Adelaide, commencing a PhD in the process in 2007, with a research topic on Work and Well being – her passion – but deferred due to all the moving around.

Finding her calling in psychology, Heather began work as a HR Manager, which she’s done across a variety of industries for the last 15 years.
