Louise is a dedicated and values-driven HR professional with over 25 years of experience, who believes in the power of effective people strategies to unlock potential and drive organisational success.
Louise joined the Bionics Institute in 2022, combining her strategic insight with her operational expertise to foster collaboration, engagement, and wellbeing across teams. Known for her results-driven approach, she has successfully led transformative cultural and organisational effectiveness initiatives that significantly boosted employee engagement, leadership capability, organisational culture, and created inclusive and high-performing workplaces.
With a career spanning a diverse range of organisations and projects, Louise’s previous experience includes the Melbourne Metro Tunnel Project, Melbourne Airport, Save the Children Australia, Lander & Rogers Lawyers, Carlton & United Breweries, and Medibank.
Passionate about mental health and wellbeing and committed to advancing her understanding of human behaviour to further enhance her effectiveness as a HR leader, Louise is currently pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Psychology and holds a Bachelor of Science in HR Management. She is committed to continuous learning and personal development and frequently volunteers her time in support of various causes.
